Mentoring/Coaching

At Coldwell Banker United, Realtors®, we believe in agents.

We’ve partnered with David Knox, the country’s top real estate trainer to bring a 12-week Mentor Series II to our sales associates as a part of our ongoing training. David Knox delivers more than 80 seminars a year across the U.S., Canada, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. He is also the producer of many popular consumer videos, including “Pricing Your Home to Sell.”

Upon completion of the two-week, new agent training program, managers coach and mentor their new sales associates through this program. It is a series of 12 DVDs with David’s live seminar presentations along with role-plays between buyers and sellers. David has assembled the most important basic techniques along with the most powerful advanced techniques to make this a complete learning experience.

After this extensive training, sales associates have the opportunity to apply the skills learned in role-play situations and through field assignments. Your manager then offers feedback. Sales associates are held accountable for meeting certain production criteria.
