Find a home.
While you look for a home, you can enjoy the benefits of Pre-Purchase Rate Protection, a free service which protects your interest rate and allows you to lock in at a lower rate if rates drop.** When you have found a home, agreed on a price, and signed the contract, you or your agent simply needs to call your local Mortgage Advisor..

Return documents.
A dedicated loan processor is assigned to you once we review your loan application package.The loan processor gathers personal information from you such as credit reports, pay stubs, bank statements and appraisals, and is the primary point of contact with the closing agent. As your loan is being processed, you will be asked to verify information, as well as provide any required documentation for closing. You simply sign and return the documents in the overnight envelope provided. It’s that easy.
